grills, heated buckets, grain window and water door. There
are ceiling fans, and an electrical outlet at each stall.
The barn includes a 16 ft. wide concrete center aisle with
large sliding doors, Palladian windows, and a hydrant at
each end of the aisle. All of the walls in the aisle and the
stall fronts were sanded and sealed 3 times for extra
durability and high quality finish. There are skylights
throughout. A 12x16 double wash stall and grooming bay has
hot and cold water. The barn includes an excellent
electrical system with 200 amp service. All wiring is
installed to code and in conduit. The rooms in the barn

The all block stallion
barn is 38x26 and features 3, 12x16 stalls. The stalls are
divided by 5 ft high block walls and 4 ft. high grills. Each
stall has an electrical outlet and skylight. The barn
includes a hydrant and 4 turnout paddocks to the front and
the rear of the barn. There is a 6ft. overhang to the rear
of the stud barn. A 48x26, 4 bay machine storage building is
attached to the stallion barn. This makes the overall size

The large 125x250 fenced outdoor training arena and 60ft.
round pen have a 6 inch stone dust base. Six exceptional
fenced pastures are set up for rotational grazing. The
